We accept payment by Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa or Mastercard. Your card number, card expiry date and the security code (the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card) are needed with your order. The issue number is also required for Switch/Maestro. Debit and credit cards will not be debited until goods have been dispatched.
When you reach the final billing page and press 'Submit Your Order' we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.

We use Parcelforce for deliveries within the UK.
We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, we will be happy to refund you the full purchase price.
Goods can be returned, unused in their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt. You are also entitled to be reimbursed by way of credit on your debit/credit card that was used to pay for your item.
The goods must be unused /unworn and in their original packaging with any hygiene seals untouched.
Please complete the email form in our CONTACT US section.. An automated e-mail will be sent out to you with a detailed form of your return. This must be filled out and posted with your parcel. Consumer Returns Authorization label needs to be printed and attached to the parcel. All return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
It is at our sole discretion to accept a late return of goods, in which case we reserve the right to charge a fee of £ 5.00 to cover our own processing costs. This does not effect your statutory rights.
It is essential that you print off the returns authorisation and follow instructions on the form.

If you do not have access to a printer please e-mail information for a printed copy to be posted out to you.
Unfortunately some items will be out of stock or be removed from the site altogether if discontinued. Please be advised that our Customer Care team cannot tell you when a product will be back in stock.
We often take repeat deliveries of popular products and occasionally customers will return items to us that do not fit. We would advise you to keep checking the site to see if your desired item becomes available again.
Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.
